Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 12, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Smart Clicker website and browser extension. By using Smart Clicker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Smart Clicker.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You may use Smart Clicker only if you can enter into these terms under the laws that apply to you. Your use of third-party websites remains subject to their own terms, policies, and rules.

2. Description of Smart Clicker

Smart Clicker is a browser extension for configuring supported webpage element clicks and browser-based task scheduling. It can help you select a webpage element and configure a countdown, recurring interval, schedule, or supported wait condition.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Smart Clicker for lawful, authorized webpage workflows, including personal productivity, permitted administrative tasks, testing, demonstrations, and other uses allowed by the relevant website and applicable law.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use Smart Clicker to:

  • Engage in unlawful activity or malicious automation
  • Abuse, disrupt, or overload a third-party service
  • Bypass CAPTCHAs, authentication, queues, or technical access controls
  • Interfere with website security or attempt unauthorized access
  • Violate third-party rights, terms, policies, or applicable law
  • Misrepresent automated actions as authorized when they are not

5. Website and Browser Limitations

Browser-protected pages, extension store pages, cross-origin frames, browser lifecycle behavior, page changes, and site security measures may limit or prevent Smart Clicker from operating. Closing the browser, removing permissions, changing a page, or browser resource management may interrupt a task.

6. Third-Party Websites

Smart Clicker interacts with webpages operated by third parties but does not control them. A third-party website may change its interface, block automation, require authentication or CAPTCHA, enforce a queue, change availability, or reject an automated action. You are responsible for confirming that your use is allowed by that website.

7. No Guarantee of Third-Party Outcomes

Smart Clicker assists with the configured webpage click. Availability, eligibility, queues, verification, inventory, booking, submission, and final results remain controlled by the third-party website.

Smart Clicker does not guarantee compatibility with every website, uninterrupted task execution, a successful click, submission, reservation, purchase, registration, or any other third-party outcome.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Smart Clicker. Features may change as browsers, extension platform rules, and third-party websites evolve. We do not promise that every feature will remain available in its current form.

9. Intellectual Property

Smart Clicker, including its name, website content, design, and extension software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms allow you to use the product; they do not transfer ownership of Smart Clicker or third-party content to you.

10. Disclaimer

Smart Clicker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Clicker and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, data, profits, or third-party outcomes arising from or related to your use of Smart Clicker. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination or Discontinuation

You may stop using Smart Clicker at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may restrict access to or discontinue Smart Clicker where reasonably necessary, including in response to abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or changes to browser platforms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as Smart Clicker changes. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Contact

For support or questions about these Terms, contact Smart Clicker at cchhll0210@gmail.com.
